The new rules include:
- Eight seconds with the ball in hand
- Five seconds for a lateral throw-in
- Five seconds for a penalty kick
- Ten seconds to leave the field for substitutions
- One minute off after treatment
- After treatment of the goalkeeper, a player from the opposing team is out for 1 minute
- Only the captain speaks with the referee
- Covering the mouth during discussion: red card (Vini Jr Protocol)
